Kelsie Seay, Advice Editor
Kelsie Seay is a sophomore at Manchester High School and in Journalism 2. She is hard-working, and is the editor for MHS Scroll’s advice column. She worked for the Bailey Bridge newspaper in 7th and 8th grade, as well as our current school newspaper in 9th grade.
