The SAT and ACT testing scheduled for December 5 has been cancelled.

Though Manchester high school is a testing center, it will not be hosting any testing during this time. Some teachers, who prepared their classrooms to host testing, think the cancellation is unfortunate.

“I feel bad for the students that have been preparing for these tests because they have the information wasted along with the time,” said teacher Mrs. Hodges Johnson.

No reason has been given for the cancellation, though it comes after a severe spike in Coronavirus cases across the country and a county-wide return to virtual learning.
